The role

We are looking for talented and aspiring affiliate executive, who is passionate about affiliate marketing to work alongside the account management team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurially spirited individual to be involved in an organisation that is still establishing itself in the UK. The successful candidate will also enjoy the ability to mould their role to a certain extent as the business grows.

You will be working on the day-to-day activities of our existing and expanding client base. In addition to managing affiliates and partnerships, you will participate in merchant relations, new business and affiliate training.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the duties of the affiliate management team including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as eNewsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Recruit new affiliates, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee the distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates.
  • Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required.
  • Work closely with the Account Managers to build and expand the affiliate programs.
  • Contact affiliates, merchants and networks to establish co-marketing relationships, and proactively manage these relationships on an ongoing basis.
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.
  • Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans.
  • Represent nonstopConsulting UK Ltd at affiliate marketing related trade shows and events.

You will have:

  • Been educated to graduate level with experience in online or affiliate program management.
  • Possess strong organisational skills for multi-tasks and prioritise daily tasks working to deadlines and under pressure without compromising on quality.
  • Be highly analytical and detail oriented
  • Must be ready to be act as an ambassador for nonstopConsulting UK Ltd.
