Together with 8 other independent digital agencies – each of them a leader in their field – nonstopConsulting has created a new player in digital services. United under the umbrella of UDG United Digital Group a unique network of specialised agencies is born.

The shares in all 9 agencies have been contributed into a holding company (UDG United Digital Group GmbH) based in Hamburg, Germany. All individual companies continue to exists with their specific setup and competitive advantages. However, all shareholders of nonstopConsulting are now shareholders in UDG United Digital Group. With this setup, the dynamics and advantages of an independent company owned by the management will continue to be at the core of our company culture.

In addition to this we are now able to provide our clients with all services in the digital business based on our partners expertise, such as:

Within our group more than 500 people are now ready to support our clients businesses. And based on capital invested by swedish private equity firm EQT we will continue to grow and expand our offers and services further.

All agencies in the new group will continue to operate independently and under their own names. Additionally we can now support our clients in a much wider area of services with our partners, and use this to further push the results of performance marketing.
